SR Experience is an interactive start-up app that runs when the PC boots. It was made to introduce people to the Development Kit and its main features. The app shows how eye tracking, hand tracking, 3D spatial audio, and microphone controls work, with small live demos and tutorials. This way the onboarding feels clear and a bit playful, instead of just technical.
challenge.
The goal was to make a start-up experience that directly catches the user, while also explaining the Simulated Reality Development Kit. It had to show advanced features like eye tracking, hand tracking, and 3D audio in a way that is correct but still easy to understand. On top of that, it had to run smooth right after system boot, without long loading or heavy performance issues. The challenge was to mix a technical demo with an engaging introduction.
result.
The app gave a guided and interactive start for new users. Each feature was shown with live demos, so people could try it themselves and quickly understand what the Development Kit can do. Eye and hand tracking, together with spatial audio, became clear right away, making the hardware feel easier and ready to explore from the first time the PC was turned on.
